We Deploy Our Drone Team

Our FAA Part 107 Certified pilot scans your land using best-in-class DJI Matrice drones equipped with thermal and zoom capabilities.

We Launch and Document

Our pilot will conduct a visual sweep of the property in a systematic pattern.
Pilot correlates findings

A digital report documenting the findings of the flight
A portfolio of high definition pictures and video of your property

Flight Fee $400

Acreage Fee $2 per acre of property assessed

Additional Flight Search Time $100 per hour

*Mileage Fee $1 per mile for miles driven over 50 roundtrip

Up to 2 hours of fight/search time
Digital package including:
- Report detailing what we identify during the flight
- 4K aerial digital picture package identifying and documenting property boundaries, infrastructure, attributes and concerns
- Photographic documentation of any cash crops' condition, erosion concerns, pest infestations, drought issues, and other critical issues
- Aerial video showcasing the property
- Map of flight area with GPS pins identifying locations of items noted

- An 1-2 minute HDR aerial video showcasing the property's attributes
  - Drone photo and videography used to reveal the full scope of a property’s existing boundary, structures, yards, driveways, and outdoor living spaces

Construction Package

Flight Fee $1000

Acreage Fee $2 per acre of property assessed

Additional Flight Search Time $100 per hour

Three flight sessions at pre-determined dates/phases of construction
Digital package including:
- Construction site pictures capturing real-time project status/progress
- Report detailing what we identify during the flight(s)
- 4K aerial digital picture package exhibiting property boundaries, infrastructure, attributes and concerns
- Aerial video showcasing the property
- Map of flight area with GPS pins identifying locations of items noted
- An 1-2 minute HDR aerial video per flyover of construction site highlighting location, scale and progress of the project per flight
