Pet/Livestock Recovery

Losing a pet is extremely stressful and heartbreaking for your family.  There are many reasons why pets might go missing. These can range from escape through an open door or gate, fright from fireworks or thunderstorms, to natural disasters and a myriad of others.

Livestock is no different.  If there is a break in the fence line, a cow aor horse will find it.  When natural disasters strike, livestock can spook, break fence, stampede, and become separated from their home range/pastures.   During calving season, cows become determined to find a "safe" location to birth their calf.

Regardless the reason, when an animal is missing, time is of the essence in the recovery operations.

Luke 15:4-5

"What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it?5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

In recovering your deer, our drone will allow us to

When a pet or livestock goes missing, we will

Use unmanned aerial vehicles to survey large  areas/tracts of land rapidly for heat signatures

Conduct a detailed, systematic search pattern of the target location and surrounding terrain

Use thermal imagery and high definition cameras to  determine the type of animal observed

Continue the search in low light environment using our thermal and NIR camera systems

Avoid a lost animal from being "bumped" or pushed  during the recovery search

If multiple heat sources are detected, confirm the identify, condition and location of the animal noted

When the pet or livestock is found, provide a location pin to your favorite GPS app for recovery

Use drone's aerial perspective to identify potential routes for recovery and guide you to their location

How It Works

Schedule Your Flight

  • Call or text us at 318-349-9410, or you can fill out the form below.

  • We’ll discuss the location, acreage, terrain, time of loss, and schedule the recovery flight.

We Deploy Our Drone Team

  • Our FAA Part 107 Certified pilot scans your land using best-in-class DJI Matrice drones equipped with thermal and zoom capabilities.

We Launch and Search

  • Our pilot will conduct a thermal and visual sweep of location where the animal was last seen and widens the search as needed in a systematic pattern.

Pet/Livestock Is Located

  • When the animal is identified, the pilot pinpoints the location and provides you with GPS coordinates

  • Pilot will then assist in guiding you to the location for recovery.

  • If the animal(s) are not located, optional follow-up flights can be coordinated.  Scheduled follow-ups are at a discounted rate.
